General Liability — up to $1,000,000: Our Preferred Providers maintain active insurance policies covering up to $1,000,000 for accidental damage to your property or to third parties during the service.

Dingdoor Guarantee — up to $2,000: If a job done by a Preferred Provider isn't right, we cover up to $2,000 in labor to redo the work at no extra cost to you, within 7 days after the service.*

You can contact your personal assistant directly to cancel or reschedule. Keep in mind that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance — late cancellations may incur an additional charge.

Your dedicated assistant is available to help with emergencies, project coordination, service scheduling, provider communication, price negotiation, claim resolution, inspections, reminders, and ongoing follow-up — all within a single ecosystem designed to make your life easier and stress-free.

No service is included for free — dingdoor plus gives you priority access, guarantees, and personalized assistance to hire them, with up to 10% off. We can help with any home need: plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, cleaning, landscaping, waterproofing, remodeling, HVAC, locksmithing, moving, pest control, installations, and roofing.

Dingdoor plus is available in the cities where dingdoor's Preferred Provider network operates. We recommend checking availability in your area when you sign up — we're constantly expanding.

You can request it directly from the dingdoor app or by contacting your assigned assistant at 786-305-3547. We arrange the visit with priority availability, any day of the week, including weekends.

Yes. Without the Plus plan you access the platform in the standard way. With dingdoor plus you get an assistant available at all times, urgent visits with priority attention, exclusive access to Preferred Providers, the Dingdoor Guarantee, and the Best Price Guaranteed — benefits not available on the standard plan.

They are verified, insured, and monitored professionals who are part of the dingdoor ecosystem. Each Preferred Provider goes through a verification process that includes: identity, business, general liability insurance, applicable licenses, criminal background, and ongoing quality monitoring.

Yes. You can cancel your membership from the app or by phone whenever you want, with no penalty and no long-term contracts.

No. Exclusive access to Preferred Providers is included in dingdoor plus. Our Preferred Providers agree on special prices and discounts with dingdoor for all dingdoor plus customers.
